EASTERN REGIONAL SALES OFFICE FINDS NEW HOME
Artrice Smith Promoted to Sales Manager
MARCH 20, 2008 – CHICAGO – Mark Theis, Executive Vice President, Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau (CCTB), today announced the CCTB’s Eastern Regional Sales staff of four professionals will relocate from its current Maryland office space to existing office space located in the District of Columbia at 1629 K Street, Suite 402 effective April 2008.
“It’s critical for our regional sales staff to be accessible to our diverse customer base, especially the association market, one of Chicago’s largest business segments,” said Theis. “Having a presence in the heart of the District will further emphasize our commitment to delivering superior customer service.”
Theis also announced that Artrice Smith has been promoted from Sales Coordinator to Sales Manager, Eastern Regional Sales. Smith will be responsible for in-house accounts across several industry segments needing less than 1,000 peak hotel rooms.
