Jan Kemmerling, Local Tourism Division Manager

Jan is responsible for directing and managing all domestic and international travel and tourism research projects as well as evaluating the tourism programs.
Previously, Jan was Principal of Tourism Research and Development, a tourism research-consulting firm, which provided services to state, regional and local tourism agencies.
Jan has directed and been involved in a number of tourism marketing and research projects for the State of Illinois as well as other destination marketing organizations throughout the country. She has directly been involved with the Illinois Tourism industry for nearly 20 years.
